Hello Troy parent volunteers,

SAVE THE DATE!

Thursday, May22nd is the annual Troy Tech Fair.

I am looking for volunteers to work a variety of shifts and jobs, or to donate cases of water if you are unable to spend time with us that day. If you are unable to stay the entire shift, just let me know. I am happy to work with your time availability.

I need approximately:

15 people for the 6:45 to 10:30 am shift. (Thank heavens for you early birds!) 
4 people for the 12:15 to 2:15 pm shift
4 people for the 2:15 to 4:15 pm shift
4 people for the 4:15 to 6:15 pm shift
22 people for the 3:00 to 6:30 pm shift – for serving dinner
20 to 25 cases of bottled water (for a total of about 600 bottles – YIKES!)
