May 2007 - Wilson W. Phelps Foundation Grants $12,760.39
TTSO is pleased to announce the receipt of the $12,760.39
grant from the Wilson W. Phelps Foundation for the Biotronette
Environmental Chamber and related kits for controlled environmental
studies.
This chamber and related kits can be used by Troy students at
ALL levels of science classes. Wanted to especially acknowledge one of Troy's
science teachers, Charlotte Kirkpatrick, for assisting Paulette Marshall-Chafee (TTSO-VP Grants) with
information for this application. |

Wilson Phelps Foundation donates $16,000
Thanks to the $16, 0000 donation by the Wilson Phelps Foundation -
The modernization of the Computer Lab at Troy High School is now finished. All Troy students have benefitted from this computer lab upgrade in making more computers available to students and
cascading of older computers on campus. |

Rosemount Analytical donates $7000
Rosemount Analytical, a division of Emerson Process Management, donated $7,000. The money was used to purchase items for the math, science, and computer science departments. |

Experian donates $1000
Experian through its Heart of Experian giving program to 501(c)(3) foundations gave $1,000. Experian requested the money be used to purchase items for the computer science department. |

Marriott Hotel of Fullerton donates toward Contributors Tea
TTSO wishes to thank Marriott Hotel of Fullerton for its willingness to donate items for our contributors event - planned for Spring, 2007. |
