Hi Troy Volunteers,
As the semester winds down, we have several volunteer opportunities coming up.

Tuesday March 25th - We need one volunteer to pick up dinner for the staff that will be working Troy Tech Registration. The volunteer would stop by and see Ruth Hernandez at 3:45 p.m. (she leaves at 4) to pick up the cash, go pick up the food that Ruth will have previously ordered, and then bring the food and the receipt back to the 500 building teacher workroom by 4:30 p.m. The food location will be near the school.

Wednesday, April 2nd - We need a 8 more volunteers to help assemble packets for junior interns. We will start at 7:30 a.m. and will probably work until 10a.m. There are at least two projects of 350 items - mentor packets (about 9 pieces) and packets for the junior internship meeting (about 6 pieces). Please come when you can.

Thursday, May 22th - For the Troy Tech Fair on, we will need coverage for both gyms during the afternoon. We need two volunteers (south & north gym) for each of the following time slots: 3-4:30, 4:30-6. This is a great opportunity to leisurely view the Seniors’ Internship presentation.

Thursday, June 12th - The Grad Nite Committee needs volunteers to help with registration and chaperoning the event for the graduating seniors.
We need 16 people to help with registration beginning at approximately 7:30pm – 10pm.
We will need 16 chaperones to work Grad Nite @ Dave & Busters. The chaperones will meet at Troy at 9:30 pm on Thursday, June 12 and return to Troy by 6:00 am on Friday, June 13th. For those who are young at heart, you will ride up and back on a bus. Buffet is provided for all chaperones :)
