Volunteers,

I hope everyone has settled back into the school routine as smoothly as possible. Here are a few events that we need volunteers to help with:
  1. Library Volunteer: Monday through Friday during lunch period beginning Wednesday, Sept. 16th. - Help in the library the same day each week or alternate weeks with other volunteers (e.g. every Tuesday, every other Tuesday, or 3rd Tuesday of each month, etc.). Very Flexible. See below for days still available:
  • Tuesday - 1st Tuesday of each month only
  • Thursday
  1. Office Help: Monday through Friday any time during school hours. Help in the office with either filing or copying the same day each week. Copy duties are consistent each week. Filing duties are more of an as needed basis. Typically, help with filing is needed at the beginning of school, at the semester change, and near the end of the school year. These volunteers should call ahead or check-in to be sure they will be needed. See below for days still available:
  • Monday - copying
  • Tuesday - filing
  • Thursday - filing
  • Friday - copying

Please let me know if you have any questions and/or if you are interested in helping with any of these events.  As always, we appreciate the time and effort you give toward making this a great school.

Thank you,
