I would like to take this opportunity to provide you with information concerning our Troy Tech and International Baccalaureate testing dates. Since our testing schedule begins in January, I feel it is important to provide this information in a timely manner so that parents can make appropriate plans. Please feel free to pass this information on to friends and family members.

Testing is for current 8th grade students only. All the information regarding test dates, requirements and procedures are available on-line at www.troyhigh.com. The application will be available on-line beginning December 1, 2009. There are information packets that can be picked up at Troy High School between 8:00-4:00 in the front office with the same information. These packets must be picked up-we cannot mail them. 

Listed below are important dates to remember:

• January 9, January 23, January 30, 2010 (Select only one date) 7:15 a.m.-check in 7:30 a.m. testing begins Troy High School, North Gym
  There will be no make-up tests given. (The same test battery is used to qualify students for both the Troy Tech and the International Baccalaureate Programs) 

• January 12 and/or January 19, 2010 7:00 p.m. Troy High School, North Gym;
  For prospective Troy Tech/IB students and their parents to learn about the Troy High School special programs—the qualifying criteria, curricular offerings, and enrollment procedures. 

• February 17, 2010 
  Note: Final due date for report cards is 12:00 noon, February 17, 2010. The student’s application will not be processed without the report card.
